Pliable and sturdy, Magic
Mesh can be used as a base for other craft media, such
as beading and clay.
 You
can do beading in two ways. For chokers, bracelets, watches
or pins, a clear-drying, bendable adhesive may be applied
to a strip of Magic Mesh, covered with beads or other items,
then left to dry. Be sure to place the Magic Mesh on a sheet
of plastic wrap first, so the adhesive won’t stick to your
work surface. You also may thread beads onto our expandable
metal mesh.
Because it can withstand heat, Magic Mesh
also provides a sturdy base for clay projects. The clay may
be pushed through the weave or rolled thin on top of the mesh
and baked. Exposed edges of the mesh may be used to attach
various pieces of clay for unique boxes or other multi-sided
items.
Magic Mesh is perfect for mosaics. Lay Magic
Mesh sticky side up and position chips and stones. Fill in
with faux grouting.
